Raw and unpasteurized, taken directly from the hive, filtered just enough to remove large particles. All the beneficial nutrients remain.

Honey remains in a liquid form for only a short time after it is taken from the hive. All honey crystallizes and most of our raw honey is sold after crystallization has occurred.

Honey can be softened simply by warming it. Place the container of honey in some warm water and let it rest.

Our creamed honey is our raw honey that has gone through a process called creaming.   

Creaming is the process of controlling the crystal size during honey's natural crystallization process. The method we use takes approximately two weeks. The honey is gently stirred, and the friction of the stirring breaks down large crystals, smoothing their edges as their size is reduced. The beneficial nutrients remain.

Our flavoured honey is created using our creamed honey. We add only natural ingredients to create delicious flavour combinations.

Our flavours are carefully tested to ensure the delicate flavours of honey are well balanced with the strong, bold flavours.
